Privacy Policy

We collect information about you in our stores and through our websites in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, contests and promotions. As described in this policy, we may share your information among our brands and, under certain circumstances, with third parties that provide services on our behalf or with whom we have partnered to offer a particular product or service.

Placing an Order 

When you’re done shopping, click “Checkout” to place your order. All of the items in your shopping bag appear in your order during checkout. If you don’t want to order all of the items, simply edit your shopping bag. During checkout, you will be asked to provide:

  • Your e-mail address and password, for security purposes.
  • The address you want to ship to.
  • Your preferred shipping method
  • Your credit card type, number and expiration date.
  • Any promotional codes you have received.

You will have a chance to verify the information in checkout and, if no changes are necessary, proceed to “Place Order”. You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received within approximately 24 hours. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and that we’ve charged your credit card.

We accept Visa or MasterCard for local and international orders
          – Tax Policy
Tax charges are based on state and local tax laws and tax rates for the delivery address of your order. Where required, tax will also be applied to the shipping and handling charges. If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for the taxes you paid on the shipping and handling of that item, as the shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable once an item has been shipped.
          – Shipping and Handling 
Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via 3-5 business day delivery typically arrive in three (3) to five (5) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for Thailand
Orders shipped via 7-20 business day for International orders

Shipping Carriers

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are:  Thailand Posts Service.

International Shipping Options & Charges

International shipping costs are calculated based on a number of factors, including the number of purchased items, the weight of the items and the destination country postal code. During Checkout, international shipping costs will be calculated and guaranteed by FiftyOne based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping or free returns on international orders.

Order Confirmation

You’ll receive two emails after you place your order and provide us with a valid email address:

  1. The first confirms that your order was received (your order confirmation number will link to the Order Status page); this email will arrive within about 24 hours.
  2. The second confirms that your order was shipped from our warehouse. You can also check the current status of your order by clicking on the “Orders and returns” link provided in the email, or on the top right corner of our website.

You can check the status of your orders by clicking at the first page.

Change in Your Order Status

Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don’t have an item that you have ordered in stock, we’ll notify you by email immediately.
Sometimes, an item is out of stock and not expected to come back in stock, so we must cancel the item. In this case, if you paid with a credit card, we will not charge you for the item or any taxes, shipping or handling charges.

Returning an Online Purchase

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. We’ll give you a refund or send you another color, a new size, or an entirely different style by mailing at hotmeee@hotmail.com


International Returns


Refunds on international orders include duties, taxes and tariffs when sent with the Return Merchandise. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original domestic and international shipping charges.
